Join us and start doing your life's best work.(sm) The Agile Scrum Master will be responsible for leading the Agile transformation and for the successful execution of one or more teams to support the delivery of strategic technology products. This position requires individuals who have previously been successful Scrum Masters and/or Agile Coaches on highly distributed teams, have led Agile/Scrum adoption in the past, and have experience in software delivery as well as those who can drive and influence change and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. Primary Responsibilities: Act as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams within a Release Train/Value Stream Establish team level cadence and drive team level ceremonies (eg sprint planning, team retrospectives, backlog grooming, etc.) in alignment with Program level cadences established Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to the team to encourage adoption of good agile practices Be a change agent and foster a learn by doing environment Ensure cross-team coordination and collaboration Remove impediments for the team(s) and escalate as appropriate Take responsibility for managing the scrum teams dependencies between the program team and third parties, release managers, or other scrum teams. Work cross functionally to align strategy, methodology and execution Work with the Agile Program Lead(APL)/Release Train Engineer to drive the definition and refinement of the program and team backlogs, assist with PI planning activities and other program needs as necessary Build and Maintain metrics that provide visibility to stakeholders on team-level progress and quality Actively contribute to the companys Agile and Lean Community through participation in the internal Agile Community of Practice and Scrum Master Forums. Provide real time feedback to the methodology team based on experiences with software delivery teams
