Network Support Specialist On behalf of our client, Procom Services is currently looking for a Help Desk Support Specialist in Greensboro, NC Network Support Specialist Main Duties You'll provide first point of contact end-user support of voice/data network and software applications related to business functions First level technical support for IS functions and projects. This position offers a great opportunity to join the Key Risk team at an exciting and modernizing time Network Support Specialist Must Haves At least 3 or more years' experience in TCP/IP network support in a Windows NT and A/S 400 environment Experience with PC cloning and loading the operating system on PCs Experience with help desk related user support, and assisting users with problem solving Prior experience directing infrastructure projects Excellent personal communications skills, both written and oral Ability to lift moderate to heavy weight equipment and boxes Imaging, Ghosting, Application Support, Incident MGT experience. Working with Laptops and PC's, Network Connectivity support, Helpdesk(phone) and Desk side support 2 year degree preferred Network Support Specialist Assignment Length 6 Months + Possible Extensions Network Support Specialist Start Date ASAP Please note that we are not able to work with candidates on H1B Visas or candidates represented by third parties
