BEESAFE STORAGE - LAND ACQUISITION MANAGER The Carroll Companies, a successful regional multifamily company involved in diverse aspects of development, construction, ownership, and property management across the southeast and is currently seeking a Land Acquisition Manager for our BeeSafe Storage division. The position will be based in Greensboro, NC and will focus on the company’s target markets. Locate potential sites for expansion for our BeeSafe storage stores. Assist with the necessary rezoning of properties under contract. Assist with due diligence, feasibility studies, testing, engineering and any necessary examinations of property being considered for purchase and for property under contract. Responsible for developing positive relationships with real estate brokers, sellers and potential sellers in the defined search area. REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 3 years real estate acquisition experience required Must be a self-starter, motivated, and resourceful Plus if experience leading development projects through entitlement process
