Encompass Home Health is searching for our next Specialty Program Manager. Specialty Program Managers help with implementation of Specialty Programs and protocols that provide improved home health care services. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Manage the day to day performance of the Specialty Programs with respect to Specialty Program admission activity, conversion of referrals to admissions, adherence to physician protocols, and prospecting new opportunities.Monitor execution of programs and service provision through ongoing quality assurance visits with referral sources and other applicable entities.Responsible for meeting and exceeding referral and admission goals as set by the Director of Specialty Programs.Responsible for direct marketing and sales of Specialty Programs : Post Op Programs.Perform market analysis and coordinate direct marketing and sales of Specialty Programs in cooperation with the local area managers.Assist with the introduction and implementation of the Specialty Programs.Enhance account relationships with a strong emphasis on physician interaction and comprehensive protocol development, including physician shadowing to develop clinical sales relationships on a routine basis for key accountsIdentifies and supports locations with all aspects of Specialty Program problem solving including : sales, intake, staffing, physician/patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.Responsible for referral source satisfaction with the Specialty Programs. Investigates and resolves customer complaints in accordance with Agency policies, procedures and processes.Responsible for the financial performance of metrics of the Specialty Programs. Must have a MasterA?s Degree in Nursing or Physical Therapy and/or a BachelorA?s Degree in Nursing or Physical Therapy plus five years of nursing or physical therapy experience. Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. Management experience preferred. Must possess the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing and be well organized. Must have a good understanding of the Federal, State, and local laws/regulatory guidelines governing the operation of a home health agency.Must be able to travel 25 : 50 of the time.
