The Customer Care ProfessionalA?s role is to respond to internal and external customer inquiries, resolving issues to strengthen customer relationships. This includes, but not limited to, responding to external customer inquiries received via website, phones, letters, emails, social media and comment cards to resolve service and product related issues to build and strengthen customer loyalty. CCPA?s also handle phone calls from stores, initiating appropriate actions to facilitate problem resolution. This position works very closely with store and field management as well as corporate office groups to mitigate internal/external customer issues and strengthen relationships.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Work in a structured service environmentResolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.Grow and nurture internal and external customer relationships with every interactionDocument necessary customer information and offer solutions that benefit the customerField incoming help requests from internal partners, open trouble tickets, facilitate problem resolutionMaintain acceptable performance standards, including attendance, effectiveness, efficiency and quality Qualifications2+ years of customer service experienceFlexibility on both day and early evening schedules: weekend availabilityPassion for serving customers with proactive solutions that grow relationshipsExceptional listening and relationship building skillsMulti:taskingEffective and accurate decision:making skills and ability common sense understanding to research and respond to internal/external customersProblem solvingStrong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to write custom correspondence to customers.Proficiency in MS Office environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent required Preferred:Successful experience in the grocery industry with a passion for building customer loyaltyIT Helpdesk experience / troubleshooting
